Bonemeal is a slow-release fertilizer produced from sterilized bonemeal.
It contains two essential elements for healthy plant growth: phosphate and nitrogen.
The slow release of these nutrients over an extended period of time makes Bonemeal an ideal fertilizer for a wide variety of crops and plants.
It can be used prior to sowing or planting out, as a top dressing for established roses and border plants in spring, and around fruit trees and bushes in autumn.
However, it is important to note that the product is organic, but may irritate cut or broken skin, so always apply with gloves.
It should be stored in a cool, dry place, and kept out of reach of children and pets.
If used in an area close to livestock, ensure the treated area is secure to prevent access.

Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to availability.
Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues) may cause delays.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or may not be available for immediate dispatch

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider,

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
