The Good One is a natural cleaning paste made with 100% plant-based ingredients. It’s designed to tackle everyday dirt and mess without using harsh chemicals.
You can use it across your home with a sponge or cloth. Just dampen, scoop a small amount, and clean in a circular motion. Then wipe or rinse away any residue with clean water.
Packaged in a recyclable metal tin, it’s a simple, eco-conscious choice that’s gentle enough for family spaces and pet-friendly homes.
Delivery

We process orders on working days and provide fully tracked UK delivery.
Most orders arrive within 4–6 working days, depending on stock availability and destination.
Delivery estimates shown on product pages and at checkout are guide times only and may change around weekends, bank holidays, and peak periods.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or placed on back order, which can extend dispatch and delivery times.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
