ORCHID-GRO+ by LAVA-LITE is a specialist growing media designed to meet the needs of orchid plants. Made from naturally formed volcanic stone, it has a porous texture that allows water to drain freely while still holding onto some moisture. This helps maintain a balanced environment around the roots, supporting healthy growth and reducing the risk of overwatering.
The material is completely pH neutral and contains no added chemicals. Unlike organic matter, it will not break down over time, which means it can continue to provide structure and support with minimal maintenance. Its lightweight nature makes it easy to handle, and it also adds a clean, decorative finish to the surface of your pots.
ORCHID-GRO+ is suitable for all types of orchids, whether you’re potting a new plant or repotting an established one. It can be used on its own or mixed with other materials like bark or sphagnum moss, depending on your plant’s needs. If roots have grown into the media, it can be transferred to a new container without having to separate it, making repotting simpler and less disruptive.
To use, mix one part ORCHID-GRO+ with around three parts of your preferred orchid compost. You can also add a layer on top of the pot to improve stability and appearance. ORCHID-GRO+ is supplied in a 3L bag and is a practical, long-lasting option for anyone looking to care for orchids with ease.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
