Natura Grow Bed & Basket Feed is an organic and vegan-friendly liquid fertilizer that is specifically formulated for garden beds and hanging baskets.
It is made entirely from plants and nature, providing a healthy growth for your plants without the need for any harmful chemicals.
The bio-active formula is ready to use, and it's rich in essential macro and micro-nutrients, as well as beneficial bacteria that help strengthen the plants and make them resistant to disease.
The Natura Grow liquid is produced on a farm located in Cambridgeshire, where energy crops are sown, grown, and harvested.
These crops are then fed into anaerobic digesters that generate gas and electricity, which is then supplied to the national grid as green energy.
The by-product of this process is then transformed into Natura Grow pellets and liquid fertilizers on-site, thus reducing the carbon footprint.
To use, simply shake the bottle well before use, and mix 100ml of feed per 4.5 litres of water.
One bottle of Natura Grow Bed & Basket Feed is enough for 10 watering cans. For strong growth, it is recommended to apply the feed every 7 days, and for steady growth, every 10-14 days.

Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to availability.
Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues) may cause delays.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or may not be available for immediate dispatch
and will be sent within 2–3 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DHL/UK Mail, and Evri/Hermes to deliver your items.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local post / delivery office,
any secure locations, or with neighbours. If it remains missing after a few more days,

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider,
then contact us.
Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
