MothClear™ Clothes Moth Traps are an excellent tool for detecting and trapping moths, making them ideal for preventive measures. The traps feature a sticky surface that effectively captures moths, and they can be easily placed in wardrobes or areas where clothes or other natural wool or fur textiles are stored.
These traps offer up to 3 months of detection, helping you identify potential infestations early on. With their odour-free and pesticide-free formula, they provide a safe solution that can be used around children and pets without any concerns.
Each trap is designed to cover an area of up to 30 square metres, making them suitable for various room sizes. The convenient box is made from 100% recycled paper, highlighting the eco-friendly nature of the product.
To use the MothClear™ Clothes Moth Traps, simply remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the trap and firmly place it on a shelf in the wardrobe. The trap can be shaped into a tent for better adhesion. Check the trap weekly and replace it when the surface is covered with insects or after 3 months of use.
These traps can be placed inside wardrobes, drawer units, or corners of carpeted areas where clothing is stored. They provide year-round protection for your clothes, ensuring they remain free from moth damage.
Please keep the traps out of reach of children and pets, and in case of contact with the glue, remove it with soapy water for easy cleaning and handling

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
