It combines sweet notes of lemon rind with the comforting aromas of ginger, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and nutmeg, creating a scent that’s simply divine.
Using the Carfume diffuser is easy. Just unscrew the lid, remove the plastic cork, and screw the lid back on. Give the bottle a gentle shake and tip it upside down for a couple of seconds to let the fragrance soak into the lid (Ensure you don’t do this for too long as some liquid may leak out!). Repeat this process whenever you need to refresh the scent. Each diffuser provides up to 6 weeks of beautiful fragrance.

Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to availability.
Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues) may cause delays.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or may not be available for immediate dispatch
and will be sent within 2–3 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DHL/UK Mail, and Evri/Hermes to deliver your items.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
