The Grazers G4 Concentrate is designed to help keep lily beetles at bay, allowing your lilies and other vulnerable plants to flourish. By applying it early and covering the entire plant lightly and often, you can reduce damage before it starts. This approach makes it less appealing for pests to feed on the treated leaves, encouraging them to move elsewhere.
Unlike harsher treatments, this product works with the plant’s natural processes. Once sprayed on green leaves and stems, G4 influences how the plant interacts with the environment, helping it protect itself from hungry pests. As a result, your plants can grow stronger and healthier, boosted by the calcium-based nutrients in the formula.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
