The Flopro Everyday Garden Hose Reel is a practical 2-in-1 solution for easy hose storage and use. It can be set up as a free-standing reel or mounted to a wall for permanent installation (screws not included).
Supplied with 20 metres of garden hose, the robust frame includes metal carrying handles and foot plates for added stability when winding or unwinding. It can hold up to 45m of standard 12.5mm hose, keeping your garden tidy and the hose protected from kinks.
This set includes the Supergrip connector system with an adjustable spray nozzle and universal tap connector, compatible with all major brands. A reliable, versatile addition to any garden.

Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to availability.
Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues) may cause delays.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local post / delivery office,
any secure locations, or with neighbours. If it remains missing after a few more days,

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider,
then contact us.
Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
