The pads are easy to attach and remove thanks to the hook-and-loop fasteners, so switching them out is quick and hassle-free. Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.

Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it. If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider, then contact us.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.

Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping:
