The Defenders BLACK HAWK BIRD SCARER is an easy and effective way to deter nuisance birds from buildings and crops alike, without doing harm to their natural habitats.
This all-in-one kit includes a life-sized swooping hawk kite, ground anchor, 4 metre telescopic fibreglass pole, and all the necessary hardware for easy installation.
The pole-mounted kite suspends over crops and swoops and dives even in the lightest of winds, creating a realistic predator threat that will deter pigeons, starlings, gulls, and crows from flocking or feeding in the protected area.
The kite is made of all-weather durable materials that are lightweight, strong, and corrosion resistant.
The BLACK HAWK BIRD SCARER is ideal for use in allotments, vegetable patches, and newly seeded lawns, as well as on roof tops, buildings, and other vulnerable areas.
The kite is simple to set up and requires only a light breeze to fly, and for maximum deterrent effect, it should be installed with a clear view of the affected area, ideally at the highest point of the protected zone.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Sale Items:

Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
