The Hedgehog Gutter Brush is made with a stainless steel wire core and polypropylene bristles, making it durable and virtually indestructible.
The standard 4m x 100mm brush is suitable for 95% of household gutters, and other diameters are also available.
As with any gutter guard, please note that the Hedgehog Gutter Brush will not prevent silt build up in guttering or the growth of vegetation resulting from drifting seeds.
Terms of the 10 Year Product Guarantee
We guarantee the manufacturing quality of the Hedgehog® Gutter Brush and that the wire and filaments will continue to perform their intended function as a leaf guard for the 10-year warranty period. The Hedgehog® Gutter Brush will not prevent the build-up of silt in gutters nor will it stop the growth of vegetation caused by drifting seeds. In areas of dense trees and roof moss, it is recommended that the brush is cleaned as required. The limit of our liability is for the value of the original product or replacement with new product including transport to any mainland destination. For islands and export our guarantee is limited to the value of replacement product only. Proof of purchase must be retained and in the event of a claim, must be returned with the malfunctioned product.
Delivery
Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to availability.
Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues) may cause delays.
Some items may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or may not be available for immediate dispatch
and will be sent within 2–3 working days.
Carriers:
We use Royal Mail, DHL/UK Mail, and Evri/Hermes to deliver your items.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local post / delivery office,
any secure locations, or with neighbours. If it remains missing after a few more days,
contact us.
Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your order number
and details. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Unwanted Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, please contact us for instructions.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered for
products not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
Your Statutory Rights (UK):
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day after you receive it.
If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the items are faulty or sent in error.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are usually applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider,
then contact us.
Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
However, they remain covered by your 14-day statutory right to cancel when purchased online.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over £75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
