Order dispatch time

All standard delivery orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Next Day orders are processed on the same day as long as they are paid for before 2pm

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Multiple item orders

Where possible we will aim to ship all multi item orders together however depending on your delivery location and the sizes/weights of the items we may split the order.

Remote delivery locations

Standard Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.

Please note that delivery to some rural areas may take longer, or be subject to restriction.

We may be unable to deliver certain items to locations including Scottish islands, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses so it is recommended you contact us prior to purchase.

Delays and missing items

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances out of our control.

If your item is late please check with Royal Mail (or the specified courier) first to see if they can give you an update before contacting us.

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please not the Royal Mail tracking is delivery confirmation only and will not be updated till delivery is attempted.


It is not possible to amend or cancel orders placed for next day delivery due to the limited time between the order being placed and being dispatched for delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible because if the item has already been passed onto our wrapping team we may be unable to locate the item to cancel it.
